Ability to manage subscribers in automations more efficiently

For automations, if there has been an issue and the automation has stopped for a subscriber, it would be really helpful to have the ability to manually or automatically place them back where they left off in the automation. This would help avoid duplicate emails or SMS messages being sent.

I agree. Having the ability to manually move subscribers around in automations is very important. Also being able to manually add subscribers to any point in an automation is extremely helpful. GetResponse has this, ad its so powerful.
