Allow users to show or hide specific blocks of email content based on contact data (tags, custom fields, or past behavior).
Examples of use cases:
  • Show a “Buy Now” message to non-buyers while showing a “Leave a Review” message to buyers — in the same email.
  • Add a membership promo only for non-members, while keeping emails clean for existing members.
  • Hide onboarding links or options that a contact has already selected, so they aren’t asked twice.
  • If two programs are used, and contacts have selected which one(s) they use, instructions could match their program, and if they have selected both programs, both sets of instructions would be displayed. All that in one email instead of three separate branches.
Why it matters:
This would let users personalize messages without duplicating whole campaigns, making emails more relevant and reducing spam complaints.
Benefit to all users:
More targeted communication, higher engagement rates, and better deliverability across the platform.
