Allow a method of updating an existing template without having to create a new campaign, change the settings, Save as template (and having to use a new name). It would be much simpler to have a Templates section that would allow updating an existing template.

Yes please. I just asked about this earlier this week. Having a dedicated templates section would make it much easier to manage changes.
